Background
At the intersection of FM3405 & Ronald Reagan a project is underway including a gas station, strip mall and 240 apartments. As a result, a permit is pending approval: RLAP No. WQ0016521001. This permit is for a waste treatment plant on 13.77 acres. This waste treatment plant is 0.2 miles from the Beltorre Community, Tejas Park and many other homes.
To advocate for our community, we have established an alliance to raise awareness and funds. Our alliance name is Protect FM3405 & Ronald Reagan Waters. We are partnering with the Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance (GEAA) who advocates for sustainable management and economic development principles within the Texas Hill Country and the environmentally sensitive Edwards Aquifer Region. To fund this effort, we have created a fundraising account through GEAA. We appreciate any and all support!
